A support agent will email you an online Zoom appointment session for the specified time.
A session is usually an hour but it can be extended depending on the need and available time slots.

Tek1Scale will be glad to schedule onsite visit(s) for any work that can’t be completed during the online support session. This is done at the client’s discretion request.

If the notes you provided indicate that Tek1Scale can’t provide you with the needed tech support, you will be notified by email. For that reason, your online appointment will be canceled and no charges will be incurred.
